🎓 Eligibility Criteria (For All Subjects)

Candidates must fulfill any one of the following:

A. UGC NET + Master’s Degree

  • Master’s degree in the relevant subject with 55% marks (5% relaxation for SC/ST/PwD).
  • NET/SLET/SET qualified.
  • OR Ph.D. awarded as per UGC 2009/2016 regulations.

B. Ph.D. from Top Global University

  • Ph.D. from foreign universities ranked in the Top 500 by QS / THE / ARWU.

🔖 Relaxations

  • 5% relaxation in marks for SC/ST/PwD candidates and Ph.D. holders who obtained their Master’s before 19 Sep 1991.
  • Candidates with disabilities, sports quota, and women candidates are encouraged to apply.

  • Shortlisting based on Academic Score (Table 3B – UGC Appendix II).
  • Final selection through interview performance only.
